The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the 5^th Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture on the topic ‘Vision of India in 21^st Century, as envisaged by Dr. Ambedkar’ tomorrow (September 4, 2014) at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

Dr.Ambedkar Foundation, set up in the year 1992, as an autonomous body, under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment organizes the Memorial Lecture.
