President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee will undertake a one day visit to Chandigarh on March 15, 2013 where he will present the Colours to Air Force Central Medical Establishment (AFCME) and 3 Base Repair Depot (BRD) and address the XXXIII Convocation of Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research.
