The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will visit Maharashtra (Mumbai) tomorrow (March 17, 2017) where he will address the special convocation of University of Mumbai and confer Honorary D. Litt on Dr. MS Swaminathan. He will also address the India Today Conclave as Chief Guest before returning to Delhi.
