Dr. Rajendra Prasad Sarvodaya Vidayalaya in the President’s Estate marked the International Chefs Day yesterday (October 20, 2015).
On the occasion, Executive Chef of Rashtrapati Bhavan, Chef Montu Saini, Chef Manjit Singh Gill, Corporate Chef ITC & Honorary President IFCA, Chef Sudhir Sibal, Former Member club des Chefs des Chefs, Chef Sunil Gadihoke, Executive Chef, ITC Hotels and Mrs. Sunita Mehta, nutritionistimparted their culinary experiences and skills to students ofDr Rajendra Prasad Sarvodaya Vidayalaya.In an informal interaction, they taught kids about the importance of healthy food and how it helps keep them healthy. Interactive cooking exercises with students were also organized.
Each year on the 20th of October, theWorld Association of Chefs Societiescelebrates the International Chefs Day. The theme this year was "Healthy Kids - Healthy Future".
